GLOBAL DIVERSITY:
Participant in seminars in Organizational Development, Building Organizational Cultures/Evaluation/Redesign by Christian Reformed Relief and Tear Fund, UK- Project Cycle Management. EFC Board Training done by both CRWRC and TFUK.

LIFE LONG LEARNING IN A DIVERSE COMMUNITY:
Informal Training: Mission to Unreached People’s and CRM’s Orientation and Candidate School Training.

ORGANIZATIONAL DYNAMICS
Seminars by CRWRC and TFUK in Phnom Penh.

EFC Youth Commission selects young youth leaders for training and discipleship, using teams for outreach as part their learning in their course work. The course gives them opportunities to find their gifts/skills and develop them. EFC Youth Commission Staff with their role/skills are matched with relevant training opportunities and all staff receives basic training in admin and finance.
