  Khmer Bible Soft & worship songs from Visal are free for download.   I have tried the software. I am happening to have Limon fonts in all of my computers.   Here is my input.  The blog owners, Visal and Sam Oeun, though did not give reference about the Bible Soft, but give a great testimony. When you install the software, you will see visal’s email  in the contact. Visal is an educated person, and he is working with various Christian NGOs and organizations (There are more than 100 Christian NGOs in Cambodia). I will try to contact him and my Cambodia partner, just to learn more about him and the product.   Yes, the Software is legit, I heard of the development a while ago and they are developing for mobil phone as well.  A few Christian NGOs or missionary are working in that area.   We are blessed that they give out for free. I have people who asked me for such work on web base with searchable feature.  It could be done with Khmer Unicode and lemon or ABC fonts.   Now you could copy from that program to your Ms word or Publisher without typing the whole Bible.  This software used Limon font which is very popular in Cambodia. We in the States mostly used Khet Brother font ---Khet  is dying (developer no longer update his work). I hire a person to type all Hymn and Khmer holy songs into PowerPoint and only a few Cambodian leaders in Cambodia used them – they want it in Limon, rather Khet.   The Khmer Bible Soft used our old Khmer bible which is great—many people used it. Sompon Metrey Tmey translation gaining a good ground too in Cambodia. Bible society of Cambodia  have both versions available.   I wish the Khmer Soft have more concordance and other resources with that….but this is a great beginning. Next week is the date fo the Youth Camp #13 of EFC Youth Commission (now changed to EFC-KEY=EFC-Kingdom Equip Youth). I am very thrill and excited to be around the camp again. The theme for this year is Mission For Life មានជីវិត មានបេសកកម្ម. It's all about the mission of the Lord in Matt 28:19 "Therefore go and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit." We are the generation who stand on our ground and answer for the calling of God. God called us to go to our nation and preach the gospel. That's the greatest mission of all for our lives is to bring the good news of Jesus and the free salvation to those who need. We want to equip our youth in Cambodia about the mission. If we talk about the mission, we have not seen Cambodian send as missionary to any nations, yet for our nation we have to do our best and working very hard to lead them into Christ's love. This mission is for all the Christian in the entire world. God called us to do this. Cambodia! is not that big compare to any other nations around. Why it take so long to spread the gospel of Jesus in Cambodia? Now it's time for us to tell these young ages to do the mission for their homeland and for the village, and provinces. Please pray for this year camp will be the blessing and raise up many mission team for Cambodia. Pisit

I would like to share some verses form the book of James, of which helps me remember who I was and also keeps me in check.      When I remember that is. lol! James (1:19-25)   Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath: For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God. Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls. But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass: For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was. But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed. This is a reminder for us not to forget who we were and who we are now, and continue to walk faithfully in the word till the end.

What do you think about the character Mrs. Carmody?  Here's a summary:Mrs. Carmody She is a religious woman with the extreme belief in a bloodthirsty God; Mrs. Carmody is driven insane by the scenario and eventually declares that a human sacrifice must be made to rid the world of the mist. She is shot and killed by Ollie shortly before the escape attempt. Mrs. Carmody was initially perceived by everyone involved as borderline insane, but achieves a growing congregation as the story progresses. Perhaps the most benign of the terms used to describe her was "Too Old Testament." At one point, she accuses someone of stealing food, yet at the same time is sipping out of a likely non-purchased pint of milk.I just hope we don't turn out like her!

I just returned from Cambodia where I spent 3 months at the Cambodian Christian Arts Ministry School in Phnom Penh. It is a selapat training school--performing arts and visual arts. My husband and I want a Khmer language teacher. We want to prepare to live at the CCAMS. Is there anyone who has contacts in Knoxville, Tennessee, especially any Khmer church here?

As you know about the worship team retreat this year which I have mentioned to you in the last blog. Well, we finally did it and we have such a great time together as the worship team from the 6th-8th of March at Picnic, Tangil resort.  This year we have 53 people come together in one place and do the retreat. Among these 53 people, there are 5 from NLF Phnom Penh Thmey and one from NLF-Kraing Thnong. If we all come that would be more than 60 people altogether. We praise God for the enough money to runs this event.  The program this year is much more interesting than the previous years that we have done the retreat for the worship team. The first day when we arrived, Ps. Jesse took over the whole morning session about Worship team as a leader and Bing excellence. We had a group discussion in the morning and everyone really participate on this discussion. After the discussion each team present their input and then there are some debate took place with questions and answer from each team. One by one everyone team get to present their ideas and value. To me it seems like this is good thing for them to do that.  After the whole morning has passed come with the lunch time. But my team don’t want to stop debating and answering the questions they still want to do some more. So then we told them that in the evening they can continue with what they want to do in the morning. Lunch is ready! We are altogether help to set up for the lunch and everyone very enjoyed the lunch and the fellowship among their friend and their new friend. After lunch some of the guys help to clean up and some of the guys do the dishes according to the schedule to wash and do the dishes. What a great morning.  We took a break and we come back around 2:30PM to participate wit the activities. This year I have put together 2 games with were involve with 2 teams. The first game we play called: Mind Field! It was a game that required team effort. After the first round finished they stop for 5 minute to find the strategy and discussion on how to do this activity better and using team effort. We’ve done the first game with lots of fun and laughing and team effort. After the Mind Field game done we went outside and play another game. This game is much more fun than the first one. I called this one is Water Balloon Volleyball. We have 2 teams again compete with each other but this time we play with water balloon. O man! This is a fun game ever for the day.  After the game is over we have sometime just to do some free game for anyone interesting in playing anything they want among their team or group game. We play Freeze tag, Hid and seek game and much more. Then dinner is ready! After dinner Ps. Jesse continued of what he suppose to do and then he talking about intimacy with God and we have a great time in the presence of God that night! After the lesson everyone wanted to play Capture the Flag but the weather wasn’t good for us to play. It drizzling and rain and stop and rain, so we decide to go to bed but there are some people when to play Guest Hid and Seek!  The next morning we spend sometime reading and pray and do self devotion with God in the morning but some of the guys slept in because they play too much at night! We had a very good breakfast and we thank God for the cook this year they have done a great job. After breakfast we did group photos and Ps. Jesse and some of the guys have to come back to Phnom Penh. After we clean up and small break I start with some lesson about the vision of the church and the visions and goals for worship team. We talk through and we discuss the matter together and we had a good lesson in the morning. After the visions and goals discussion be took a break then we come back with a lesson: Vital Element of Praise. We went through the Bible together and find out the vital element of praise. Now I’m getting tired and so does everyone! So we take a break and get ready for lunch. Whose! What a day!  In the afternoon we had another activity going on after that we went out to swim. After the hot days we really enjoy the water. At night time I share with them about the Forgiveness and Reconciliation. Seem to be very interesting for this guy after we finish the lesson we pray for one another and I gave the opportunity to those who didn’t get thing right with their friend to do some reconciliation with one another. Perfect! God is in the midst of us and we had a forgiven night! After the session we play some more game! Whose! Another game! This called Capture the Flag! Everyone really participate in this game and we play until 1:30AM. Then we went to bed.  The last day is here finally and we had so much to learn and we had lot of fun too. Start off with NLF-Phnom Penh Thmey Team leading praise and worship and we can see the spirit of worship is there. After the worship I continued with another lesson about praise and worship. We finished up and then after lunch we packed up and ready to leave!  From years to years we end up with amazing memory in each of the retreat that we have done together. I thanked God for his grace over my team. I love my worship Team. They are my joy and my pride. Without them I can’t bring the spirit of worship and unity there. We planned to have another year of the retreat in March 5-7, 2009. Can’t wait to be that time.

Love; How much is one willing to sacrifice in order obtain or sustain love? Love varies form person to person, such as fame, fortune, family, flesh, and so on, depending on that persons individual view. If one is willing to sacrifice themselves fore the things of this world, how much are we will to sacrifice for our FATHER, LORD, and GOD? This is a touchy subject. I understand that it is hard to reply to questions like these, so I will start and try to break the ice. I've been staying in Jacksonville for about 3 month with minimum financial support so that I can gain strength in faith and in spirit. Even though the job that I had up north wasn't all that great but still, I chose to give it up in order to be closer to our FATHER. If anyone else like to share, please feel free to do so. Would love to hear about it.

This past weekends Retreat was a success.. not only did kids respond but i myself as a young adult has learned so much from both the lessons and the youth.repent; WE ARE SIN... we have to come to that understanding before we do anything else... we are to turn away from sin and towards God.. we have to constantly "CHECK YOURSELF!"revitalize: metamorphosis... turn from a caterpillar into a butterfly.. do not stay idle then you'll be like a flatline on a dead body; one who is a live does not flatline but has ups and downs..react:  what is your mindset!?!?! are you who you are in conformity?? or are you who you are becuase it pleaes God.. don't live up to the standards of the person next to you cause they suffer with dirty hands just like you do.. look to God and be inspired..refire:  wow.... motivationi is starts with "self" while inspiration comes from the outside... thats good stuff... live the life; like Jesus wants you too..Only time will tell till we see those pits in our lives... but we will also see those ups... we need both... that we do... GOD IS GREAT!

វិវរណៈ ២៩:១៥”ឯអស់អ្នកណាដែលគ្មានឈ្មោះកត់ទុកនៅក្នុងបញ្ជីជិវិតទេនោះ នឹងត្រូវបោះចូលទៅក្នុងបឹងភ្លើង”។ព្រះជាម្ចាស់មានបន្ទូលថា“ដ្បិតបើមនុស្សយើង ទោះបើមានលោកីយ៍ទាំងមូលក៏ដោយតែបើបាត់ព្រលឹងទៅហើយនោះតើនឹងបាន ប្រយោជន៍អ្វីឬក៏យកអ្វីមកប្តូជំនួសវាបាន?(ម៉ាថាយ១៦:២៦) ព្រះពិតស្រឡាញ់យើងណាស់ដោយបានចាត់ព្រះអង្គសង្រ្គោះជាព្រះរាជ បុត្រារបស់ទ្រង់ក៏ជាព្រះអង្គម្ចាស់របស់យើងរាល់គ្នាអោយយាងមកគង់ក្នុង លោកីយ៍នេះ(យ៉ូហាន៣:១៦)។ព្រះអង្គបានរងទុក្ខវេទនាព្រោះយើងរាល់គ្នាជា យូរមកហើយដោយមិនចង់ឲ្យនរណាម្នាក់វិនាស់ឡើយគឺចង់ឲ្យមនុស្សគ្រប់គ្នាបានប្រែពីបាបរបស់គេវិញ(ពេត្រុសទី២,៣:៩)។ ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ត្រាស់ហៅយើងរាល់គ្នា យើងរាល់គ្នាសុទ្ធតែជាបាបជនតែដោយសារព្រះគុណរបស់ព្រះអង្គក៏ត្រូវបានព្រះជាម្ចាស់ត្រាស់ហៅចេញពីលោកីយ៍ដើម្បីឲ្យមានជីវិតថ្មី។ព្រះជាម្ចាស់មេត្រីប្រទានពរជ័យដល់យើងឲ្យបានទៅជាពួកបរិហŸáž»áž‘្ធនឹងមានជីវិតអស់កល្ប។ យើងរាល់គ្នាជាបុត្រីបុត្រារបស់ព្រះអង្គជាពួកសត្វហ្លួងសាសន៍នៃស្ថានសួគ៌ ក៏ជាហោរាផង ដើម្បីឲ្យមានចំណែកនៅក្នុងការងារនៃដំណឹងល្អផ្សព្វផ្សាយប្រាប់ពីក្តីសង្រ្គោះរបស់ព្រះយេស៊ូវគ្រីស្ទឲ្យបានពេញសព្វក្នុងលោកីយ៍ទាំងមូល។(ម៉ាកុស១៦:១៥,ម៉ាថាយ២៨,១៨-២០,កិច្ចការ១:៨)។ “នៅក្រោមមេឃនេះក្រៅពីអង្គព្រះយេស៊ូវគ្មានអង្គណាមួយអាចជួយសង្រ្គោះមនុស្សលោកបានឡើយ ដ្បិតព្រះជាម្ចាស់ពុំបានប្រទាននាមអង្គណាមួយផ្សេងទៀតមកដល់មនុស្សលោកដើម្បីនឹងជួយសង្រ្គោះយើងរាល់គ្នាបាននោះឡើយ” (កិច្ចការ៤:១២)។ ដូច្នេះចូរកុំឆ្ងល់ឬភ័យខ្លាចអ្វីឡើយ សេចក្តីសង្រ្គោះព្រះជាម្ចាស់បានប្រទានមកដល់យើងរាល់គ្នាហើយ ចូរអរសប្បាយឡើង!ព្រះគម្ពីហ្វីលីព៤:៤-៩បានបញ្ជាក់ឲ្យយើងរាល់គ្នាដឹងច្បាស់ថា”ចូរអរសប្បាយក្នុងព្រះជាម្ចាស់ជានិច្ចខ្ញុំសូមប្រាប់មកម្តងទៀតថា ចូរអរសប្បាយឡើងចូរបង្ហាញឲ្យមនុស្សលោកទាំងអស់បានស្គាល់ពីក្តីសំឡូតរបស់លោកអ្នករាល់គ្នាចុះពីព្រោះព្រះជាម្ចាស់គង់នៅជិតបង្កើយ កុំព្រួយខ្វល់ខ្វាយអ្វីឡើយចូរទួលដល់ព្រះអង្គឲ្យជ្រាបពីសំណូមពររបស់លោក អ្នករាល់គ្នាក្នុងគ្រប់ការទាំងអស់ចុះដោយសេចក្តីអធិដ្ឋាននឹងពាក្យទូលអង្វររកព្រះអង្គ ទាំងពោលពាក្យអរព្រះគុណផង។យ៉ាងនោះសេចក្តីសុខសាន្តរបស់ព្រះដ៏ពិត ដែលហួសទាំងគំនិតនិងជួយការពារចិត្តហើយនិងគំនិតរបស់អស់លោកអ្នករាល់គ្នានៅក្នុងព្រះយេស៊ូវគ្រីស្ទ”។ “ម៉្យាងវិញទៀត បងប្អូនអើយអ្វីដែលជាសច្ចះធម៌(សេចក្តីពិត)អ្វីដែលគួរឲ្យ រាប់អាន អ្វីដែលជាការសុច្ចរិត អ្វីដែលបរិសុទ្ធ អ្វីដែលគួរឲ្យស្រឡាញ់ អ្វីដែលមាន នាមល្អបើមានសុគុណណាឬជាពាក្យសរសើរណា នោះចូរពិចារណាពីសេចក្តី ទាំងនោះចុះ។ហើយអ្វីដែលលោកអ្នករាល់គ្នាធ្លាប់បានរៀនបានទទួលបានឮ ហើយឃើញនៅក្នុងខ្ញុំនោះ ចូរប្រព្រិត្តតាមចុះដូច្នេះព្រះដ៏សុខសាន្តនឹងគង់នៅជា មួយលោកអ្នករាលើគ្នាហើយ”។ សំណួរ៖តើហេតុអ្វីបានជាមនុស្សយើងភាគច្រើននាំគ្នាតាមព្រះយេស៊ូវជាព្រះសង្រ្គោះ? ចម្លើយ៖ពីព្រោះទ្រង់ជាអង្គដែលពេញដោយឫទ្ឋិអំណាច គឺមានលទ្ធិភាពជួយសង្រ្គោះយើងបានដោយសេចក្តីស្រឡាញ់ដ៏ធំឧត្តមរបស់ទ្រង់ដែលមានចំពោះមនុស្សយើងគ្រប់សាសន៍។ សំណួរ៖តើព្រះអង្គជាព្រះរបស់ពួកសាសន៍ណាដែរ?ពួកស្បែកសឬក៏ស្បែកខ្មៅ,លឿងឬក្រហម ចម្លើយ៖ព្រះអង្គជាព្រះនៃមនុស្សគ្រប់ទាំងសាសន៍ពីព្រោះយើងរាល់គ្នាដែលរស់រានមានជីវិតនៅលើផែនដីសុទ្ឋតែជាស្នាមព្រះហស្ថព្រះអង្គបង្កើតឡើងទាំងអស់ព្រះគម្ពីយ៉ូហាន១:៣បានបញ្ជាក់ថា “អ្វីៗទាំងអស់គឺបានកើតមកដោយសារព្រះ អង្គហើយក៏គ្មានអ្វីណាមួយកើតក្រៅពីទ្រង់ឡើយ”។ព្រះអង្គជាចំលើយ!អស់ពួក អ្នកដែលមានទុក្ខព្រួយត្រូវតែចូលមកសូមព្រះពរពីទ្រង់។ពីព្រោះមនុស្សលោក យើងជាពួជរបស់ព្រះពិត ភាសាអង់គ្លេសថា “We are the offspring of God”(កិច្ចការ១៧:២៩)។មនុស្សលោកយើងមិនមែនជាពួជសត្វឆ្កែ ឆ្មា ស្វា សេះ ឬក៏ដំរីដូចពួកល្ងីល្ងើមួយចំនួន ដែលតាំងខ្លួនគេថាជា “អ្នកប្រាជ្ញខាងវិទ្យាសាស្រ្តន៍”នោះទេ។តាមពិតបិតាឬស្ថាបនិកនៃពួកអ្នកប្រាជ្ញទាំងនោះ “The Founder of Science”គឺសុទ្ធតែជាអ្នកដែលបានជឿនិងដើរតាមព្រះដ៏ពិតទាំងអស់គឺដូចជា៖ លោក យ៉ូហាន ខិបល័រ (John Kepler 1571-1630) លោកហ្រ្វង់ស៊ីសបេខុន(Francis Bacon 1561-1626) លោក រ៉ូប៊ែរត៏ ប៊យលី(Robert Boyle 1627-1991) លោក ហ្សន រ៉េ (John Ray 1627-1705) លោក អ៊ីសាក់ ញូតុន (Isaac Newton 1642-1727) លោក ម៉ាធ្យូ ម៉ូរី (Matthew Maury 1806-1873) លោក ហ្វោជ វ៉ាស៊ិនតោន ខារវើរ(George Washington Carver) ព្រមទាំងពួកនាយកវិទ្យាធិការនៃសកលវិទ្យាល័យ និងពួកម្ចាស់,ប្រធានរោងចក្រផលិតរបស់ជាច្រើនរាប់មិនអស់។ សំនួរ៖ នៅប្រទេសខ្មែរយើង ប្រទេសថៃ ឡាវ ភូមាជាប្រទេសដែលយកព្រះពុទ្ធសាសនាជាធំហើយទុកជាសាសនារបស់រដ្ឋផង តើមានប្រតិកម្មយ៉ាងណាដែរចំពោះគ្រីស្ទានយើង? ចម្លើយ៖ បើសិនជាលោកអ្នករាល់គ្នាជឿទៅលើពុទ្ធដីការរបស់ព្រះពុទ្ធពិតនិងបុព្វបុរសរបស់លោកអ្នកមែននោះ លោកអ្នកពិតជាទទួលយកព្រះយេស៊ូវជាមិនខានឡើយ ពីព្រោះលោកទាំងនោះហើយដែលបានប្រាប់យើងរាល់គ្នាឲ្យខំរកព្រះអង្គសង្រ្គោះ”យេស៊ូវ”សត្វលោក ដែលនៅក្នុងភាសាអង់គ្លេសថា៖ “GOD (Jeshuah or Jehovah) save us from Sin” (ព្រះគ្រូ សេដ្ឋាវិរិយបណ្ឌិតោ អតីតមន្រី្តសង្ឃជាន់ខ្ពស់) សូមលោកអ្នកបងប្អូនសិក្សាមេត្តាជួយសិក្សាឲ្យបានហ្មត់ចត់និងពិនិត្យឡើងវិញជាមួយគ្នាគឺៈ នៅមុនពេលចូលបរិនិព្វាន្ត(សុគត់)នាឆ្នាំ៤៨៣មុនព្រះគ្រីស្ទសករាជ ព្រះពុទ្ធមានដីការថាៈ “មិនថាតែអាវុសោកាន់តាមព្រះវិន័យបានយ៉ាងណានោះទេ ទោះបីពួកឯងខំព្យាយាមអធិដ្ឋានមមួយថ្ងៃ៥ដងក៏ដោយ ក៏ពួកភិក្ខុឯងរាល់គ្នាមិនអាចញែកខ្លួនចេញឲ្យផុតអំពីបាបកម្មរបស់ខ្លួនបានដែរ។ទោះបីអាវុសោបូជាខ្លួនឯងក្តីឬសូម្បីតែ តថាគត(ខ្ញុំ)ក្លាយទៅជាតាបសឥសី ឬកើត១០ដង ទៀតក៏ដោយ ក៏តថាគត(ខ្ញុំកូណា)មិនអាចជួយសង្រ្គោះពួកអ្នកបានដែរ”។ (ពុទ្ធវចនៈនៅទីសការៈបូជាព្រះវិហារ នៃវត្តឈៀងមៃក្នុងប្រទេសថៃ) “គឺមានតែព្រះយេស៊ូវមួយព្រះអង្គគត់ដែលអាចព្យាបាលនឹងជួយសង្រ្គោះលោកអ្នកឲ្យរួចពីបាបកម្មបាន។ពីព្រោះព្រះអង្គជាព្រះដ៏ពិត១០០ភាគរយ រួចក៏ជាតួអង្គមនុស្សគ្រប់ល័ក្ខណ៍១០០ភាគរយដែរ។ព្រះអង្គបានលោះបាបកម្មរបស់យើងរាល់គ្នា ដោយសុគត់នៅលើឈើឆ្កាងឯភ្នំកាលវារី(ព្រះគ្រីស្ទបានសុគត់ដើម្បីដោះបាបកម្មរបស់យើងរាល់គ្នាស្របតាមបទព្រះគម្ពីរ។ពួកគេបានបញ្ជុះព្រះសពរបស់ទ្រង់នៅក្នុងផ្នូររួចព្រះអង្គមានព្រះជន្មរស់ឡើងវិញនៅថ្ងៃទី៣ក៏ស្របតាមបទព្រះហ‚ម្ពីរដែរ” (កូរីនថូសទី១,១៥:៣,៤)។ព្រះយេស៊ូវមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា “បើលោកអ្នករាល់គ្នាជឿតាមលោកម៉ូសេពិតនោះលោកអ្នកពិតជាជឿតាមខ្ញុំមិនខានឡើយពីព្រោះលោកបានចារទុកនៅក្នុងព្រះគម្ពីរអំពីខ្ញុំ”(យូហាន៥:៤៦)។ ព្រះពុទ្ធនិងបុព្វបុរសខ្មែរយើង(នគរភ្នំឬហ្វូណន)បានទាយទុកមករួចក៏ស្របតាមបទព្រះគម្ពីរ លោកណូអេបានចេញពីទូកធំក្រោយពីមហាទឹកជំនន់។លោកបានប្រាប់ ដល់កូនប្រុសរបស់លោកគឺ សិម,ហាំនិងយ៉ាផែតថា “កូនចៅជំនាន់ក្រោយរបស់យ៉ាផែត(ពួកអឺរ៉ុបនិងពួកម៉ុងហ្គោល)នឹងពង្រីកបូរណភាពទឹកដីរបស់គេសាយភាយហើយក៏រស់នៅក្នុងលំនៅរបស់ពួកសិមផង។គាត់មានប្រសាសន៍ទៀតថាកូនចៅជំនាន់ក្រោយរបស់សិម នឹងរស់នៅក្នុងតំបន់(អាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍និងយូដាព្រមទាំងអារ៉ាប់ផង)ក៏មានការទំនាក់ទំនងជាពិសេសជាមួយនឹងព្រះជាម្ចាស់។លើកលែងតែកូនចៅជំនាន់ក្រោយរបស់ហាំមួយប៉ុណ្ណោះគឺពួជកាណានបានត្រូវបណ្តាសាវិញ ក៏នឹងបានទៅជាទាសកររបស់គេទៀតផង។ ចំណែកឯ ព្រះសិទ្ធត្ថ គោតម គឺបានចេញមកពីអំបូរ អារ្យ័ន។ពួជអំបូរ អារ្យ័នក៏បានចេញមកពីអំបូរសិមដែរ។អ្នកខ្លះបានទាយទុកអំពីការយាងមកនៃព្រះម៉ៃស៊ីយ៍(ព្រះយេស៊ូវ)តួយ៉ាងដូចជាលោកយ៉ាកុប(អ៊ីស្រាអែល)២០០៦-១៨៥៩មុនព្រះគ្រីស្ទសករាជសូមមើលក្នុងព្រះគម្ពីរបថមកាល(លោកក្កុប្បត្តិ)៤៩:៩-១០ហើយខ្លះទៀតក៏បានចារព្រះគម្ពីរផងដែរដែលមាននាម(ឈ្មោះ)ដូចតទៅនេះ លោកម៉ូសេ(១៥២៦-១៤៦១មុនព្រះគ្រីស្ទសករាជ)បានចារព្រះគម្ពីរ៥ក័ណ្ឌនៅក្នុងព្រះគម្ពីរសញ្ញាចាស់។លោកបានប្រាប់អោយដឹងពីការយាងមកនៃហោរាមួយអង្គដ៏សំខាន់របស់ពួកសាសន៍យ៉ូដា។ជនណាមួយដែលមិនស្គាប់បង្គាប់តាមព្រះអង្គនឹងត្រូវដាក់ទ០„សដល់អ្នកនោះនៅចំពោះព្រះជាម្ចាស់។(ចោទិយកថា១៨:១៥-១៩)ហ្លួងដាវិត(១០៦៤-១០២៤មុនព្រះគ្រីស្ទសករាជ)បានចារព្រះគម្ពីរទំនុក ដំកើងនិងទាយទុកមុនថាមានស្តេចចក្រមួយអង្គក៏ជាហោរាដ៏ឧត្តមនិង ព្រះម៉ៃស៊ីយ៍ផង។ព្រះអង្គបានយាងមកក្នុងលោកីយ៍ដើម្បីនឹងទទួលនូវការសុគត់ របស់ ទ្រង់។នៅលើព្រះហស្ថនិងព្រះបាទរបស់ព្រះអង្គមានស្នាមចាក់ទម្លុះ។ ពួកទាហាន ដែលយាមល្បាតនឹងហែកព្រះពស្រ្តរបស់ទ្រង់ជាចំរៀកៗចែកគ្នាហើយនឹងធ្វើជា ឆ្នោតចាប់ផង។ព្រលឹងរបស់ព្រះម៉ៃស៊ីយ៍មិនបានឋិតនៅក្នុងផ្នូរឡើយហើយ ព្រះ កាយរបស់ទ្រង់ក៏មិនស្អុយរលួយដែរ។ព្រះម៉ៃស៊ីយ៍នឹងបានគង់នៅខាងស្តាំព្រះ ហស្ថនៃព្រះវរបិតានិងបានគ្រប់គ្រងព្រមទាំងមានឫទ្ធិអំណាចព្រះចេស្តាខ្លាំងទៀតផង។ ហោរាអេសាយ(៧៤០ -៧១២)មុនព្រះគ្រីស្ទសករាជ ក៏ជាកូនចៅជំនាន់ក្រោយរបស់សិមដែរ។ លោកបានទាយទុកមកថា”នឹងមានព្រះបុត្រាមួយព្រះអង្គ យាងមកព្រះបុត្រានោះនឹងទទួលនូវអំណាចគ្រប់គ្រងរួចគេនឹងថ្វាយព្រះនាមទ្រង់ ថាៈព្រះដ៏អស្ចារ្យ ព្រះដ៏ជាគំនិត ព្រះដ៏មានឫទ្ធិចេស្តា ព្រះវរបិតាដ៏គង់នៅអស់កល្ប និងជា ព្រះនៃមេត្រីភាព(អេសាយ៩:៦)។ព្រះអង្គបានប្រសូតចេញមកពីស្រ្តីព្រហ្មចារីម្នាក់(អេសាយ៧:១៤)។ឫទ្ធិចេស្តារបស់ព្រះអង្គពោរពេញទៅដោយព្រះតេជានុ ភាពនៅពេលដែលទ្រង់មានព្រះបន្ទូលចេញមក។ព្រះអង្គគឺជាអង្គដែលត្រូវគេ មើលងាយមើលថោកគ្មាននរណារាប់រកទេព្រះអង្គស្គាល់តែពីការឈឺចាប់រងទុក្ខ វេទនា(អេសាយ៥៣)។ព្រះអង្គបានសំដែងការអស្ចារ្យជាច្រើននៅចំពោះហ្វូង មនុស្សតាមរយះការព្របាលមនុស្សដែលឈឺអោយបានជាឡើងវិញ។ទ្រង់បានត្រូវគេនាំទៅធ្វើគត់ទុកដូចជាកូនចៀមដោយព្រោះតែការទុច្ចរិតរបស់រាល់គ្នា។ព្រះគម្ពីរក័ណ្ឌនេះបានណែនាំអោយមនុស្សយើងងាកចេញហ–ីភាពងងឹតនិងភាពអាប់អួរ។មនុស្សលោកយើងគ្រប់សញ្ជាតិគ្រប់សាសន៏អាចចូលមកកាន់ទីព្រះនគរ របស់ទ្រង់បាន។ លោកដានីញ៉ែល ការទំនាក់ទំនងនៃពួកហោរាដ៏ល្បីៗជាច្រើនរួមទាំងព្រះពុទ្ធអង្គផង នេះគឺជាការព្យាករណ៍មួយដែលព្រះសិទ្ធត(ព្រះពុទ្ធ)បានទាយទុកមក។ព្រះអង្គបានប្រសូតនៅសួនច្បារលុមភីនីនាថ្ងៃទី០៨ខែមេសាឆ្នាំ៥៦៣មុនព្រះគ្រីស្ទសករាជ។សិទ្ធត្ថជាព្រះនាមរបស់ព្រះអង្គគឺមានន័យថា ដោយយោងទៅតាមក្បួនខ្នាតខាងព្រះពុទ្ធសាសនាថា”សាសនាព្រះពុទ្ធនឹងត្រូវនៅគង់វង្សបានរហូតដល់ទៅ៥០០០ព្រះវស្សាបើសិនជាបរិស័ទទាំងអស់របស់ព្រះអង្គគោរពប្រតិបត្តិតាមច្បាប់នៃការបង្រៀនរបស០‹áž‘្រង់។បើមិនដូច្នោះទេព្រះដ៏ចំបងនឹងយាងមកនៅពេលចុងក្រោយដើម្បីនឹងសង្គ្រោះមនុស្សលោកយើង។ព្រះអង្គនោះមានព្រះនាមថា”សិរអាទ្យមេត្រី”។ ពាក្យថា”សិរអាទ្យមេត្រី”នេះចេញមកពីពាក្យ៣រួមបញ្ចូលគ្នាតែមួយ(សមាសភាគ)ទោះជាភាសាសំស្ក្រិតក៏ដូចជាភាសាបាលីដែរដែលខ្ញុំសូមបំបែកស័ព្ទដូចខាងក្រោមនេះ៖ ១-សិរ សិរា សិរស៏ (សិរ្ស) មានន័យថា៖ក្បាល កំពូល ទីដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ ទីខ្ពស់បញ្ចប់ ខ្ពស់បំផុតខ្ពស់បណ្តាច់ (សូមមេត្តាវចនានុក្រមខ្មែរ-អង់គ្លេសទំព័រ១១៣៨)។ ២-អាទិ ឬ អាទ្យ ប្រែថា៖ ដំបូងឬច្បងបង្អស់ យុគដំបូងកំណើតឬប្រភពដើមសំខាន់បំផុត (១៤១០)។ ពាក្យថា”អាទិ ឬ អាទី” ជាភាសាបាលី “អាទ្យ ឬ អាទិយា” ជាភាសាសំស្ក្រិតហើយក៏ស្មើនឹងពាក្យ “អែល” ជាភាសាហេព្រើរ។ គេច្រើនប្រើពាក្យទាំងនេះជានាម”សមាសភាគ”ដូចជា“អាទិទេវ ឬ អទីទេព” ជាដើម។ឯជាភាសាសំស្ក្រិតវិញគេសរសេរ “អាទ្យ+ទេវ” ហើយអ្នកខ្លះគេហៅថា បក្សាបក្សី សត្វចតុបាត រុក្ខជាតិ ព្រះអាទិត្យ ព្រះច័ន្រ្ទ តារាផ្កាយទាំងឡាយព្រមទាំងទេវតា ព្រះឥន្រ្ទា(មហាទេវតា)និងព្រាហ្មាជាដើម គ្រប់ទាំងអស់សុទ្ធតែបានកើតមកដោយសារព្រះអង្គ។តួអង្គព្រះអទិទេពអាចប្រទាននូវសន្តិភាពនិងវិបុលភាព(ចំរុងចំរើន)ដល់មនុស្សគ្រប់រូបឬជំនុំជំរះចំពោះអស់អ្នកណាដែលមិនគោរពតាមបទបញ្ជារបស់ទ្រង់។ឯ ព្រះដ៏អស្ចារ្យ ព្រះដ៏ចំបង ព្រះគន្លង និងព្រះជាម្ចាស់”។សូមមេត្តាអាននូវព្រះគម្ពីបថមកាល(លោកុប្បត្តិ)១:១”។ ៣- មេត្រី មានន័យថា “សេចក្តីស្រលាញ់ដែលគ្មានព្រំខ័ណ្ឌក៏មានទំនាក់ទំនងទៅនឹងសន្តិភាពគឺមានសេចក្តីស្រលាញ់ដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់បំផុត និងពោរពេញទៅដោយសេចក្តីមេត្តាករុណាព្រមទាំងប្រទាននូវសេចក្តីសុខសាន្តផង”។ព្រះសិរអាទ្យមេត្រីយើងអាចបកប្រែថា “ព្រះអាទិករដ៏ខ្ពស់បំផុតដែលបានស្រលាញ់និងប្រោសប្រណី”ឬប្រែថា “ព្រះជាម្ចាស់នៃមេត្រីភាព”ឬប្រែថា “ព្រះជាម្ចាស់នៃមេត្តាករុណា” ព្រះគន្លងព្រះដំបូង ព្រះដ៏មានមហិទ្ធិឫទ្ធិលើសលប់ (ព្រះយេស៊ូវគ្រីស្ទ)ជាអង្គព្រះអាទិទេព”។ ព្រះយេស៊ូវធ្វើឲ្យសម្រេចតាមក្រិតវិន័យ និងបទទំនាយទាំងប៉ុន្មាន (ភស្តុតាងជាក់ស្តែង មានទាំងនៅខាងក្នុង និងខាងក្រៅព្រះគម្ពីរ) ព្រះយេស៊ូវបានបញ្ជាក់នៅក្នុងព្រះគម្ពីរ ម៉ាថាយ៥:១៧ “ចូរកុំនឹកស្មានថាខ្ញុំបានមកនេះដើម្បីលុបបំបាត់នូវក្រិតវិន័យ ឬបទទំនាយនៃពួកហោរាណាមួយចោលនោះឡើយ។ខ្ញុំមិនមែនមកលុបបំបាត់ទេគឺខ្ញុំមកធ្វើអោយសម្រេចវិញ”។ព្រះគម្ពីរ រ៉ូម១០:៤បានចែងថា ព្រះគ្រីស្ទគឺជាចុងបញ្ចប់នៃក្រិតវិន័យដើម្បីឲ្យអស់អ្នកដែលបានជឿបានរាប់ជាសុច្ចរិត។ព្រះយេស៊ូវមានព្រះបន្ទូលទៀតទៅកាន់ពួកគេនៅក្នុងព្រះគម្ពីរ យ៉ូហាន១០:៧-៨ថា “ខ្ញុំប្រាប់អ្នករាល់គ្នាឲ្យដឹងច្បាស់ថា ខ្ញុំនេះហើយជាទ្វាសម្រាប់បើកឲ្យសត្វចៀមចេញចូល អស់ពួកអ្នកដែលមកមុនៗខ្ញុំទាំងប៉ុន្មានសុទ្ធតែជាចោរលួចចោរប្លន់ទាំងអស់”(ចំពោះបងប្អូន គ្រីស្ទាននៃគណៈនិកាយខ្លះដែលគាត់មិនសូវបានសិក្សាជ្រៅជ្រះផ្នែកទំនាយទំនៀមទម្លាប់និងវប្បធ៌មនានា នោះពួកគាត់មិនជឿថា ព្រះគ្រីស្ទជាតួអង្គ ព្រះសិរអាទ្យមេត្រីទេ តែតាមការពិត ព្រះសិរអាទ្យមេត្រី ដែលអយិកោអយិកាខ្មែរដើមយើងបានប្រាប់ឲ្យរកនោះគឺជាតួអង្គព្រះគ្រីស្ទយេស៊ូវនេះឯងហើយ)។ តាមទស្សនៈនៃការបើកសម្តែងរបស់ព្រះពុទ្ធបានឲ្យដឹងពីការយាងមកនៃព្រះមហាក្សត្រលើអស់ទាំងក្សត្រនោះ គឺជារឿងមួយដែលគួរឲ្យឆ្ងល់ដែរ រាជបណ្ឌិត)គឺជាពួជសាសន៍លាយចម្រុះនិងមានសញ្ជាតិផ្សេងពីគ្នាផង។សញ្ជាតិលាយចម្រុះគឺជាការមួយដែលលំបាកនឹងអះអាងណាស់ដែរ ដោយសារការពិព៌ណនានៅក្នុងព្រះគម្ពីរថា ពួកហោរា(អ្នកប្រាជ្ញ រាជបណ្ឌិត)ដែលលោកចេញមកពីទិសខាងកើត អ្នកណាដែលជឿតាមខ្ញុំនោះនឹងមានជីវិតរស់នៅអស់កល្បជានិច្ច”(យ៉ូហាន៦:៤៧)។ ព្រះពុទ្ធបានត្រាស់ដឹងនូវព្រះធ៌ម(ជាបាលី)ឬ ព្រះធ៌ម(ជាសំស្រ្កិត)។ ព្រះធ៌មគឺជា “ព្រះបន្ទូល” និងជា “មាគ៌ា”(ផ្លូវ)។ ព្រះធ៌មអាចជួយលោក-អ្នកឲ្យរួចពីការរងទុកលំបាកវេទនា(បាបកម្ម)បាន។ ព្រះយេស៊ូវគឺជា “ព្រះបន្ទូល” និងជា “មាគ៌ា”(ផ្លូវ)។ព្រះអង្គអាចជួយសង្រ្គោះរាស្រ្តទ្រង់ឲ្យរួចពីបាបកម្មរបស់ពួកគេបាន។ ព្រះពុទ្ធបានត្រាស់ដឹងនូវ “សច្ចធ៌ម(សេចក្តីពិត)” ព្រះយេស៊ូវគឺជាតួអង្គនៃ “សច្ចធ៌ម”។ ព្រះពុទ្ធបានត្រាស់ដឹងអំពី “ជីវិត” ព្រះយេស៊ូវជាតួអង្គនៃ“ជីវិត”។ ព្រះពុទ្ធត្រាស់ដឹងជាងមនុស្សទាំងពួង ក៏ប៉ុន្តែទ្រង់មិនមែនប្រកបទៅដោយសព្វញ្ញត្តញាណ(ដឹងទាំងអស់)នោះទេ។ព្រះពុទ្ធអង្គផ្ទាល់ក៏មិនបានប្រកាស់ថា ព្រះអង្គបានត្រាស់ដឹងទាំងអស់ដែរ។ព្រះអង្គបានត្រាស់ដឹងនូវព្រះធ៌មត្រឹមតែ ៨៤០០០ ព្រះធម្មក្ខ័ន្ធប៉ុណ្ណោះ(ជាព្រះធ៌មដែលព្រះពុទ្ធបង្រៀន)ប៉ុន្តែពួកពុទ្ធបរិស័ទបាននិយាយថា “ព្រះអង្គបានត្រាស់ដឹងគ្រប់ទាំងអស់”។ ព្រះពុទ្ធមានបន្ទូលទៅកាន់ពួកពុទ្ធបរិស័ទរបស់ទ្រង់ថា“ចូរកុំទីពឹងលើតថាគត់(ខ្ញុំកូណា)ឡើយ។តថាគត់គ្មានអ្វីដែលត្រូវអោយអ្នករាល់គ្នាទីពឹងទេ” ប៉ុន្តែពួកពុទ្ធបរិស័ទរបស់ទ្រង់នៅតែទទួចទូលថា “ប្រាកដមែន ព្រះអង្គពិតជាមាន...”។ព្រះពុទ្ធបានរៀនសូត្រពីឥសីល្បីៗជាច្រើនប៉ុន្តែពួកបរិស័ទរបស់ទ្រង់បាននិយាយថា “គ្មានគ្រូអាចារ្យណាបង្ហាត់បង្រៀនឬប្រៀនប្រដៅព្រះអង្គឡើយគឺទ្រង់បានត្រាស់ដឹង(ចេះ)នូវអ្វីៗទាំងអស់ដោយព្រះអង្គឯង”ការបញ្ជាក់អះអាងច្រើនដើម្បីទ្រង់ ជាងព្រះពុទ្ធដែលបានអះអាងដោយទ្រង់ផ្ទាល់នេះហើយជាកំហុស “មុសាវាទ”។ ដូចដែលខ្ញុំបានជំរាបជូនពីព្រះពុទ្ធអង្គរួចមកហើយថា ទ្រង់បានសិក្សាពីគ្រូជាច្រើន ជាពិសេសគឺព្រះគ្រូ ភគវា មហាឥសី២អង្គដ៏ល្បីគឺៈ អាឡារ៉ាក់ កាលាមគោត្រ áž“áž·áž„ ឧទ្ទក រាមបុត្រា។ ព្រះអង្គបានសម្រេចនូវ សមាប័ត្រ៦(កំរិតស្មើរនឹង បរិញ្ញាបត្រទោ កឺថ្នាក់ អនុបណ្ឌិត)នាបច្ចុប្បន្ននេះក្រោមសំណាក់នៃលោក មហាឥសី ឧទ្ទក។ “យើងខ្ញុំជឿថា ព្រះពុទ្ធបានសិក្សាជាច្រើនពីពួកយូដា នៅក្នុងរជ្ជកាលនៃព្រះចៅអធិរាជ ពើស៊ី កាន់កាប់អំណាច ពីព្រោះសេចក្តីបង្រៀនរបស់ព្រះអង្គ(សិក្ខាបទ)ដូចជាថាៈ ចូរកុំសំលាប់ឲ្យសោះ “បាណាតិបាត” ចូរកុំលួចគេឲ្យសោះ “អទិន្នាទានា” ចូរកុំផិតគ្នាឲ្យសោះ “កាមេសុមិច្ឆាចារ” និងកុំពោលពាក្យកុហក់ឲ្យសោះ “មុសាវាទ” ច្បាប់ទាំងនេះគឺពិតជាបានដកស្រង់ចេញពី ព្រះគម្ពីរសញ្ញាចាស់(ក្រិត្យវិន័យទាំង១០ “ទស”ប្រការ)របស់លោក ម៉ូសេ(គឺ១០០០ឆ្នាំមុនពុទ្ធសករាជ)ហើយទ្រង់ក៏បានថែម៤ប្រការទៀត

Two strong grown churches that we seen in Cambodia: 1-Preak Ambel (established by Mr. Noun Chheng) The new two stories build was almost completed. The first floor was the classroom and computer lab for bible students. The second floor was for worship. The old worship building now becomes students housing. There was big playground in the middle. There was a ministry teacher house nearby. Pray the Lord that this may become a good bible school in Cambodia. Most of the members of these churches were young. 2-Toul Kok Phnom Penh (established by Pastor Sy Seng Ouk) This church now rent a big house, every room the first floors were used for God service. Men and women classes and has churches choir band. This church lead by Bin David and Sometimes he went out around support churches outskirt PP like Oudong and far countryside like Ratanakiry (?)… Now this church just bought a land $20,000.00 and will build a church very soon. Please pray for this church continued to grow.  I happy to report the two small churches that we seen in Cambodia: 1-     Koh Dach Church (established by Pastor Yos Oan) These churches were worship under or on one house at this moment. There wee a good children group could sing or known bible verse in they mind without read Hymnbook or bible, there were a lot of old ladies with very good hearts. They were very friendly. Please pray for them that one day they have they own building. I wished the government or anybody start organize to build a bridge a cross this Koh very soon, there were poor because hard to do business in or out to other city. This church got little support from outside. I hope God will open the door for them very near future. 1-Kompong Speu church (this church established by an old retired lady name Ry) This area has a few church building and an orphanages house near by. Om Ry church was not in the village instead was set on the rice field. A lady pastor, she gave us a good message the day we been there. There were good youth group performed a good choir for us. This church got very little support from outside. They got a small building, but they need to add a room for children, and they need a lot of chairs (I was talked to my wife if we could help them some). Let pray for this church.

  Gecko Tails Late December 2007  I wanted to include a short story my missionary friend Mark Fender (left) included in a recent Newsletter. Mark is the Country Director of Int’l Teams and runs our EFC-KEY satellite office in Kompong Cham city for us.  “Our dog Sophia eats quite well. Not long ago the in laws and our new niece Ali were here for a visit.  My wife, Sopheaktra decided to make some beef soup. The byproduct of this culinary project was a few large beef bones.  Now, our dog Sophia loves bones. She doesn't gnaw on them; she devours them. Even fish bones and chicken bones (which you probably aren't supposed to give to dogs) - they're like eating potato chips to our little dog.  Well, I knew that Sophia would be overwhelmed with doggy joy at the prospect of those large beef bones to chew on.  Sure enough, when I took one of those bones downstairs, Sophia was quite interested. I let her stare at it for a minute before giving it to her and then, when I finally gave it to her, an interesting thing happened.  Once she had the bone, I couldn't get near her. If I approached her and her newly received "treasure," she would growl like she was part wolf.  Not the playful growl of ‘playing keep away’ as we enjoy doing.  It was more of a "you move one more step closer and I'll rip your arm off" kind of growl.  It's kind of ironic that I was the one who gave her the bone, and now she was desperate to protect it from me.”  Mark explains the parable in terms of a special message from God for him, in that he is like Sophia in being overly possessive with the abundant good gifts that God gives him. For some reason I love this story because I can picture Mark clearly, being so hurt that his little tiny scraggily dust mop-like cherished dog would betray his love and turn on him for a large bone.    I have a different slant on the story. In my parable, the large bone is still a huge gift, but instead it is in the terms of the privilege to make an impact on the Cambodian society through the raising up of emerging Jesus-following leaders. If you saw little Sophie, there was no way she was going to grab the bone, trot away and hide that bone from Mark. It would take all she had to move it 5 feet and it might take her all day and into the night. The gift I am given is just as big and unwieldy. It has to be given away. It is too big to carry alone or even with the help of my associates. My joy from God’s gift of opportunity and vision for Cambodia will be the passing on of this gift in the form of a contribution which will be my investment in the lives of emerging leaders and leaving them with the skills and tools on how to deal with globalization’s effect on Cambodia and the ramifications of an increasingly growing group of post-modern young people in the major cities. This means thinking about a Kingdom response to a new culture, global and local politics, justice issues, poverty, economics, and the environment. Addressing these issues with informed, intelligent and biblical responses will open up the door for a great Christian Witness among the 14 million people of Cambodia. This also means it will be an incredibly busy next few months, graduating 25 Diamond Project Level 1 Students (year 4) and launching year 5 on the same day and then a week later, having a combined ‘team building’ retreat with both DP Level 1 and DP level 2 (DP 2 being an in-service, non-formal training for more experienced leaders, focusing on world view and the impact of local and global cultural trends, how to interpret them and respond biblically).   Speaking of bones, I had a few small ones thrown my way today.  Small Gifts from Today:   Swimming in the ocean with Jordan, having Zebra fish (about 4 inches long) following us around, and having him still call me ‘daddy.’ Seeing Jordan wrestling in the pure white sand with a dark Cambodian boy his age laughing so hard his sides are about to burst. They were trying to get each other to say the Cambodian equivalent of “uncle.” Watching the young girls with their twinkling dark brown eyes (who should be in school) come around to sell fruit and trinkets, listening to their almost flawless but accented English, as they try to cut deals with foreigner tourists. Debbi had a Christmas party for our close ‘not–yet-believing’ friends and neighbors.  On Christmas morning we exchanged very light gifts (i.e., I got a box of Cheezits, Alana go a box of Whoppers) so we could give out rice and noodles on Christmas day to our poorest neighbors in our neighborhood.    Church Resource Ministries – 1240 N Lakeview Ave Suite 120.
